From the Mouth of Babes

Sorry for the hiatus all, I’m back! This section is a new forage into the Real World, examining how Disney affects everyone on a day to day basis.

Day to Day? If I were hit with a color-bomb every time I made a Disney reference, I’d be covered and have lung problems and would leave a rainbow trail everywhere I went. Kinda want to see it happen. But in a seriousness, my family quotes a lot of things all the time, so I like having funny and sassy remarks on the spot.

To me, Disney creates near-perfect worlds where things end happily and there’s a lot of happiness, comfort, and love. Parents admit they’re wrong and can make up with their kids. Family ties don’t stay severed ( I realize that’s unrealistic, but it’s still comforting.) People can choose how they want to live and everyone they know and love accepts that.

I dream of being able to write movies and books for Disney and hopefully giving others an outlet to be happy in like what was done for me. They’re happy/comfort/safe zones. I have a Disney Playlist and a few other playlists where Disney soundtracks take up a large portion of the music. Even the idea of Disney, or the name, evokes an atmosphere, granted, different for everyone. But it’s like a group you can mention and someone can relate positively to you, even if you’re strangers.
